The digital transformation of medium-sized companies
at the heart of our FUTURE CAMPUS

Spanning 20,000 m2, the first building of IoT Valley's future campus will house more than 100 startups and companies specialising in the digital transformation of medium-sized companies.

A NEW campus

to accelerate companies' digital transformation

The first building of the future campus, to commence construction at the end of 2021

IoT Valley will launch the construction of the first building of its future campus at the end of 2021. Spanning an area of 22,000 m2, this building will house the eponymous association, the Do It OCRACY incubator and more than 100 startups and companies specialising in the digital transformation of SMEs and medium-sized companies.

Commissioned by the Prefecture and the Region of Occitanie, and initiated by Ludovic Le Moan, President of IoT Valley and CEO of Sigfox, the IoT Valley campus, designed by Jean-Paul Viguier and Associates, will be located within the Sicoval region, in Labège.

+ 1200 m2 for medium-sized companies and SMEs
IoT Valley always positions itself as a bridge between the world of companies and that of startups. When these two worlds get to know one another better, there is always a chasm that emerges and this often presents an obstacle to the development of innovation within the medium-sized companies and SMEs. Our goal is simply to make this chasm disappear.
— Bertran Ruiz, CEO, IoT Valley

After 9 years developing innovative IoT projects and assisting large companies in their digital transformation, IoT Valley has designed its future campus with one specific aim: to offer the maximum amount of space in order to further accelerate the digital transformation of national and regional SMEs and medium-sized companies.

In order to do this, the ecosystem has set aside more than 1200 m2 within its new building for innovative labs and for the internal teams of medium-sized companies and SMEs working on innovative projects.

These teams will have access to IoT Valley's material (rooms, equipment, laboratories) and human resources, such as personalised support, conferences and meetings with the startups and entrepreneurs also present on campus.

The expansion of IoT Valley

Bolstered by the strong growth of the IoT member companies, IoT Valley has been rapidly expanding since April 2016. It has begun by expanding its historic premises at 25 Rue Jean Rostand in Labège, and has invested in several new buildings with a view to doubling its surface area.

Location of the future campus in relation to IOT Valley's three existing buildings

IoT Valley now occupies two additional premises, at 201 and 231 Rue Pierre et Marie Curie. This expansion paved The way for the future Valley campus within the region of Sicoval, a historic partner to IOT Valley.
